Topic: Listenlive function and radio stream availability

Thank you Nobi; the fact that these radios like the XORO and Vistaquest were originally made over a decade ago and work with this new firmware is a marvel in itself; and it seems to be that there are workarounds so we are usually to be able to listen to most stations with newer URL formats like those from Audacy (in the US) and IHeart (US,and some in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand). And thankfully we do not have the issue that Grace Digital and other radio brands had when they shut off their Reciva database almost 2 years ago and the radios became practically non- useable (I own one that's obsolete, and had to buy a new one with the new firmware from Grace),but that's another issue.

Hi Anthony,
the behavior of my XORO receiver is very similar. Which means, it does not receive all stations with crossed LL, but it receives much more than in normal status.

Please refer my message #11 in forum subject LL System Recovery.

Hello:

I may have mentioned this before, but I found out by trial and error that when turning on my Vistaquest radio, and then trying to access my favorite radio station streams - Internet Radio Favorites - that if the LL symbol at the right top has a red slash on it,all of my radio stations are audible. However, when the LL has no slash, several of my favorite stations cannot play their streams on the radio, even though they are audible on the Listenlive website. Is there any way to turn off LL accessibility so all my stations are audible? Thank you.
